On November 28th,2012, our company signed strategic cooperation agreement with Guangxi Hydro-Electric Construction Group, and therefore formed strategic cooperative relation. Both parties signed
agreement based on principle of mutual benefits,complementary advantages and long-term development,strived to achieve collectivized operation on hydro projects. Chairman Wu Yanming
